# Figma to Godot

Save a local .fig, import it into VberAI Studio with Import Project, then export a Godot scene.

## TL;DR: 3 steps

**Figma to Godot** fits a layered `.fig` UI or HUD that needs to land in Godot as a scene. [VberAI Studio](https://vberai.com/studio) imports the file, then exports to **Godot**. Export writes a `.tscn`; default paths follow Godot’s `Assets` layout.

A layered Photoshop file instead: [PSD to Godot](/docs/convert/psd-to-godot/).

## Step 1: Save a local `.fig`

In Figma, open the screen and use **File → Save Local Copy**. Named groups (frames, buttons, HUD bars) carry through into Studio and the Godot node tree.

## Step 2: Import Project in Studio

On the Studio projects page, choose **Import Project** and select the `.fig` file.

## Step 3: Export to Godot

Select the screen (for example **Main Screen**). Open **Export** and choose **Export to Godot**.

In the dialog, set format to Scene (`.tscn`). **Default paths** looks up the project’s `Assets` folder and writes into that layout.
